Great article from Dragonspy Maedhros about the QA of the Lord of the Rings Online game! The LOTR Online Quality Assurance team doesn't 'play' LOTRO all day; it's more like bending the game to their will. It seems like work, which probably sucks some of the fun out of the game for them. Good they do it, though.
