Is Richard Cypher in The Hobbit??

The seeker, aka Richard Cypher, may be joining the cast of The Hobbit...or so he would like to make happen! Posted recently at Xenite.org is an interview with Craig Horner, who plays Richard Cypher! With ninth months of intensive shooting for Legend of the Seeker, Craig Horner (Richard Cypher) doesn't get much time to do other projects.
Still, considering that he is in New Zealand, I could not help but ask: Any chance you might have a role in 'The Hobbit'? "I'm going to look into that," Craig admitted.

I love the Legend of the Seeker show and think he could easily pull off a great Bard the Bowman.

He seems to have some good connections to the LOTR/Hobbit people. Should stand to his chances to get an in. He may be a bit pretty to be chosen though.
